Job Description

The primary focus of the Risk Analyst, Associate is to answer inbound calls from merchants with Risk issues or questions related to their merchant account, make outbound calls to Merchants, respond to emails, check for incoming faxes and other administrative tasks as assigned. Associate is to provide the highest level of call handling with the upmost professional manner.


  • Display a professional, courteous and positive attitude at all times.
  • Speak in a positive manner about customers, fellow employees and the company.
  • Maintain a good relationship with co-workers and management by keeping the lines of communication open
  • Provide Team Leads with regular and timely feedback regarding issues, problems and concerns effecting the team’s productivity and/or morale.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain regular attendance. Be on time for all meetings and any scheduled training courses.
  • Review emails and correspondence (fax/letters) daily and respond as necessary in a timely manner.
  • Analyze procedures and processes and seek ways to improve efficiencies.


Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment
  • Pleasant demeanor and phone voice
  • Ability to explain processes and procedures
  • Strong technical ability
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Maintain a high standard of performance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit in the work group
