Job Description


The Technical Integration Specialist is responsible to guide integration activities with new partners and clients. Also, work with existing clients and new clients to define needs and map to the Point & Pay product configuration, and own integration results.


What else you will be doing:

  • Lead client and software partner integration
  • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions
  • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities
  • Meet with new and existing clients to complete complex integrations
  • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners
  • Support Sales team in solution definition and best fit for clients and partners
  • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing
  • Own test results to ensure all issues are resolved before go-live
  • Develop into technical specifications SME
  • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

  • 2 years of technical integrations (SaaS platform preferred)
  • 1 years of client and 3rd party partner facing communication
  • Experience with software partner integration with joint business interest
  • Salesforce experience for managing workflow, status reporting and client ticketing
  • BA from accredited University or College (or equivalent years of experience)


How to be an all star:

  • Familiar with Salesforce case management
  • Familiar JIRA (confluence tools)
  • API technology
  • Payment processing and facilitating software
  • POS terminal functionality and processing standards
