We are looking for a Back Office Representative to ensure customer accounts are accurate and configured correctly, make the necessary modifications, and provide e-mail and chat support to external and internal customers.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts by completing account updates, quality audits, and issue account credits/debits.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries via e-mail to reduce inbound call volume and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide backup phone support to answer basic customer inquiries to ensure service levels are met.
  • Diligently manage customer cases within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and communicate delays to management immediately upon identification.
  • Work with all departments as applicable to report, resolve, and prevent customer issues.
  • Fulfill customer supply orders.

Job Requirements

What we'll need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a data entry or customer-centric role.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-evaluation skills.
  • Strong ability to type (70+ WPM preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and operating systems.
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
