Job Description

Point & Pay, a subsidiary of North American Bancard, designs, builds, and integrates unique payment solutions for governments, utilities, courts, and more. Our efficient, flexible systems enable clients to accept credit card payments or e-Checks. 

Do you have a passion for customer service which comes through when you talk on the phone?

Do you have strong computer skills and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM?

 We are seeking a Customer Service superstar to assist Point & Pay clients and end-users via phone, email, and a Web-based CRM tool.

This full-time position with an afternoon shift pays $12 hourly and is located in Oldsmar, FL

 

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Handles inbound calls from consumers and processes payments online
  • Handles inbound calls from clients and assists with login/password issues.
  • Tracks issues and calls in SalesForce
  • Generates monthly reports regarding clients calls and issues
  • Conducts online training sessions for clients

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Here's what you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Must be familiar with internet and accessing different web sites
  • Must possess great attitude and outgoing personality
  • Detail oriented and customer focused with the ability to accomplish tasks.
  • Able to work between the hours of 11 am - 8 pm M-F with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
