Job Description

Job Summary:

The Hospitality Associate is to provide support to the Hospitality sales team. The position will direct traffic within our sales team, eliminate deployment delays, perform online software demos and make sales from warm leads.  The ideal person for this role is someone with exceptional organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task, and a willing attitude to handle varying tasks on an as-needed basis.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule online software demos with qualified leads from NAB sales partners
  • Provide merchants with sales quotes
  • Assist sales team with quotes, credit card ELAPs and pre-sales questions including serving as a liaison between sales and Implementation Managers
  • Ensure accuracy of sales documents, obtain signatures and billing information prior to new orders being assigned to projects
  • Act as the co-administrator for Connectwise and JIRA
  • Review monthly sales person commission, ensure they are in compliance with CDITech Commission Program and submit to the General Manager
  • Create all delivery receipts, ensuring equipment matches the sales order, and prepare equipment for staging by the CDITech Support Services team
  • Coordinate and place all gift cards from the CDITech approved vendor
  • Handle all outbound FedEx shipments
  • Oversee the pre-deployment workflow processes within CDITech and suggest modifications, as necessary, to ensure efficiency
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager and General Manager

Job Requirements

Education and Experience (required):

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum three (3) year’ restaurant point of sales operations experience
  • One (1) year sales experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (preferred):

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient with Google email and knowledge of either Google Apps or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-centric approach to service
  • Knowledge of basic CRM functionality, with ConnectWise preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


Working Conditions:

Working environment is generally favorable.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
