Looking for a great opportunity to provide a strong foundation in Human Resources? What about a Rotational HR Internship experience?

Well, look no further.

Join our team of 20+ Human Resource team members and learn from the best. 

We want to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience. Our goal is to introduce you to all areas of our Human Resources team while empowering you to develop a deeper understanding of the various subcategories within.

 

What you’ll do:

You will navigate the complex roles & responsibilities of each function to further challenge yourself by applying your academic prowess in a real time, fast paced environment.

You will be working closely with the following HR Functions:

Talent Acquisition Team

  • Experience the full recruitment process
  • Navigate & update an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Next up, Learning & Development:

  • Support new hire onboarding activities
  • Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Intranet Administration

Don't forget about Payroll & Benefits:

  • Learn & support the payroll process
  • Assist with benefit planning for 2019

Team up with our HR Business Partners:

  • Participate in investigations
  • Learn about corrective action processes

Talk numbers with Compensation:

  • Assist with data reporting
  • Learn the ins & outs of market pricing

 

This paid internship will last for a minimum of three months for the right person. If you are currently a full time student, we can work with you to accommodate a modified work schedule.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for from you:

  • At least 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources curriculum at a college or university  
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
    • Experience with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) a plus
  • Team-minded with a willingness to learn
  • A positive, upbeat personality
