Job Description

Point & Pay, a subsidiary of North American Bancard, designs, builds, and integrates unique payment solutions for governments, utilities, courts, and more. Our efficient, flexible systems enable clients to accept card payments or e-Checks in their offices, via toll-free telephone or Internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team in Oldsmar, Florida to perform implementation activities, work with new and existing clients to define needs, map to the right product configuration and take ownership of implementation results.

 

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead client and software partner implementations.
  • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions.
  • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities.
  • Meet with new and existing clients to complete complex implementations.
  • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners.
  • Work with sales team throughout client information collection process.
  • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing.
  • Own test results to ensure issues are resolved prior to going live.
  • Complete change requests forms on behalf of clients and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure proper awareness.
  • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team.

Job Requirements

Here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ technical implementations experience (SaaS Implementations preferred).
  • Minimum one (1) year client facing implementations with strong interaction skills.
  • Experience with software partner integration with joint business interest.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in SalesForce case management for manage workflow, status reporting and client ticketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
