We are looking to fill a Risk Analyst Associate position to conduct analysis of merchant credit card processing accounts in order to determine any indications of potential application fraud. This role is ideal for someone who is able to think analytically and able to communicate well when responding to inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone to start a career in the Risk field.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Respond to inquiries received via phone, email and fax
  • Conducting post-underwriting of new applications with a focus on identifying fraudulent application data.
  • Confirm sales as part of audit process for transaction validation.
  • Input MasterCard MATCH inquiries and negative MAC alerts.
  • Screen accounts with intense verification of business validity. This includes use of site inspections, public database research and other internet investigative tools.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management




Job Requirements


Here's what we'll need from you:

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • One year of college or related schooling preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and conscientious
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to make critical business decisions based upon review process
