Job Description


CDI Technology is a subsidiary of North American Bancard, LLC and provides point-of-sale (POS) technology and solutions to the hospitality industry.


Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for providing quality customer service by performing routine merchant database entry updates. Also responsible for tracking inventory and escalating higher level merchant issues.


What else you will be doing:

  • Answer phones, address merchant issues, create Connectwise CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons.
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Connectwise CRM is accurate and complete.
  • Filing and/or electronic storage of documents.
  • Assist Office Manager in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.



Job Requirements

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs software.


How to be an all star:

  • Familiarity with CRM Systems, Connectwise CRM.
