Job Description

CDI Technology is a subsidiary of North American Bancard, LLC and provides point-of-sale (POS) technology and solutions to the hospitality industry.

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for providing quality customer service by performing routine merchant database entry updates. Also responsible for tracking inventory and escalating higher level merchant issues.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, address merchant issues, create Connectwise CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons.
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Connectwise CRM is accurate and complete.
  • Filing and/or electronic storage of documents.
  • Assist Office Manager in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.

 

 

Job Requirements

Here is what we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs software. 
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems, Connectwise CRM is a plus.

 

Travel Requirements:  20%

License and Certification Requirements:  Valid Driver’s License  

 

Working Conditions:

Working environment is generally favorable.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
